My body reacts to this healthy elixir and I never feel sick during the flu season. I highly recommend this drink. The benefits far out weighs the taste. I usually drink cranberry or apple juice after taking the shot.
I've tried other sea moss; however, this is the best!! I was able to take without adding to a smoothie or any other food. The texture was smooth and the taste was good. I will definitely be back and try other flavors. Customer service was also great!
