Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- Sea Moss Hut has a 48-hour return policy for dry products only. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the item must be unopened and in the same condition as received. We will provide a return label for your convenience. Sea moss gel products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their perishable nature. For returns, contact us at Info@herbsbyseamosshut.com. Sea Moss Hut Does not accept unauthorized returns. Only approved returns will receive refunds. Return labels will be provided by Sea Moss Hut unless otherwise specified.
REFUNDS:
- Sea Moss Hut has a 48-hour refund policy for dry products only. To be eligible, the item must be unopened and in the same condition as received. We will provide a return label for your convenience. Please note refunds are subject to approval. Refund requests will be reviewed and evaluated, and it may be approved or denied. Sea moss gel products are not eligible for refunds due to their perishable nature. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Shipping fees and insurance fees are non refundable. Please note that it may take approximately 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. However, the exact processing time may vary based on your financial institution's procedures. We have no control over the time it takes for the funds to be added back into your account. RESHIP POLICY:
PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss gel products, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If your package is returned to our warehouse, the shipping carrier charges Sea Moss Hut a fee to issue a new shipping label with the return address. As a result, any reshipment will require the following:

- Payment of the shipping cost to reship your order.
- A re-processing fee of 15% of the product value to cover the cost of preparing a new order.
NON-PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
If your package is returned to our warehouse, the shipping carrier charges Sea Moss Hut a fee to issue a new shipping label with the return address. As a result, any reshipment will require the following:

HOLISTIC VYBEZ ORDER INSURANCE POLICY:
Effective January 30, 2024, Sea Moss Hut introduces our new Order Insurance policy to enhance your shopping experience.
COVERAGE DETAILS: With Sea Moss Hut Order Insurance, your purchases are protected against damage, loss, and theft from our hands to your doorstep, ensuring peace of mind. Please note that insurance does not cover returned packages. Packages marked as Return To Sender by the shipping carrier will follow standard return procedure.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Opting out of Shipping Insurance means Sea Moss Hut will NOT be liable for damages, lost packages per the shipping carrier or package theft. We urge you to consider the benefits of Order Insurance for comprehensive protection.
POLICY GUIDELINES:
- Sea Moss Hut has a 48-hour policy. Customers have up 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to report damages, lost or stolen packages. Clear pictures are required for all damaged items.
- Opting into Order Insurance is voluntary, with an additional fee at checkout.
- Customers opting out accept Sea Moss Hut isn't responsible for orders that are damaged, lost or stolen.
- Follow designated procedures for claim initiation promptly.
- Coverage terms are outlined in the provided insurance agreement.
- Sea Moss Hut reserves the right to modify or terminate the policy without notice.
- The shipping insurance fee is *non* refundable.
- Sea Moss Hut will not process refunds, replacements, or store credit without a properly filed claim for our claims department to assess.
