- Raw Sea Moss can last up to 1 year, kept in a cool dry place.
- Once the Raw Sea Moss is blended into a gel, IMMEDIATELY refrigerate it for 5 hours before use. The texture is more like cranberry sauce or jam. Follow additional instructions on card with order.
Sea Moss works well as a vegan thickener or emulsifier, taking the place of eggs and gelatin. Consume alone or add to your smoothies or food!
