This concoction is just what the body needs. I take this every year before and during flu season and it always does what it's suppose to do. It gets the job done. My body reacts to this healthy elixir and I never feel sick during the flu season. I highly recommend this drink. The benefits far out weighs the taste. I usually drink cranberry or apple juice after taking the shot.
I've tried other sea moss; however, this is the best!! I was able to take without adding to a smoothie or any other food. The texture was smooth and the taste was good. I will definitely be back and try other flavors. Customer service was also great!
